Eligible problems and timing
Request review within 30 calendar days after delivery when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description. A simple change of mind, personal preference, or selection error is not accepted as a voluntary return reason. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain available.
Request and approval

Do not send anything before approval; the correct return address and instructions are provided after approval. Replacement or exchange depends on review and inventory.
Refund timing
An approved refund is initiated to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Banks and payment providers may need additional time to post it. Shipping, labels, or fees follow the specific commitment confirmed for the order.
